Job Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

As an Account Manager at LuggageHero, you will be a vital part of our growth strategy, managing key client relationships and ensuring a smooth end-to-end sales and customer service experience. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about customer service, dedicated to helping partners succeed, and capable of optimizing order processes from sale to post-sale support.<\/p>\r\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n

    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top partners.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t

  • \r\n

    Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within our partner network.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t

  • \r\n

    Develop and implement effective strategic sales plans.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t

  • \r\n

    Uphold uncompromising standards of quality.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t

  • \r\n

    Foster clear and effective communication with clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t

  • \r\n

    Monitor partner feedback and translate it into actionable improvements within the team.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t

  • \r\n

    Distribute promotional materials to top partners.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t

  • \r\n

    Conduct in-person visits to key markets.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t

  • \r\n

    Explore new growth opportunities within the brick-and-mortar SMB sector.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

    Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n

    • \r\n

      Previous experience in a related field or a proven track record in a similar role.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t

    • \r\n

      Demonstrated experience in working with clients and stakeholders to develop and negotiate directives.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t

    • \r\n

      Native speaker.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t

    • \r\n

      Proficient in English (knowledge of other languages within your region is advantageous).<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t

    • \r\n

      Exceptional phone communication and relationship-building skills.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t

    • \r\n

      Analytical and strategic thinker with strong influencing capabilities.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t

    • \r\n

      Ability to synthesize information and present clear and concise recommendations.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t

    • \r\n

      Proficient at managing multiple deliverables concurrently without compromising quality.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t

    • \r\n

      Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t
