LuggageHero partners with local businesses during COVID-19

The affect of COVID-19 on many local businesses around the world has been more negative than we can imagine. A lot of businesses are forced to change the ways in which they operate, lose clients and therefore a lot of revenue. When you book with LuggageHero, you are actually helping local businesses get back on their feet as with each booking they receive a percent of what you pay.

Apart from helping businesses get back on their feet, we also need to make sure that as customers we do our best to prevent the spread of the virus even further when we drop off our luggage.

How to safely arrive at the destination

  1. Book online either on web or through our app where you choose to store your luggage.

  2. If possible avoid using public transport to get to the destination and either walk or use a bicycle. If you must use public transport, then use a mask if possible.

  3. Before you enter the location, it is preferable that you use a mask and make sure to sanitize your hands after touching any door handles and common objects.
