Refund policy

In the event that the Storage Services are misleading representation or misconduct on the Platform and in connection with Storage Services through the use of LuggageHero’s Platform, you are not entitled to a refund from LuggageHero. You agree and accept that the use of LuggageHero’s Platform and participation in any Storage Services is solely at your own risk.
There is no refund in case the customer fails to make use of their booking. A cancellation fee equivalent to full-day storage (8 hours) per bag will be processed for any unused bookings. For same-day cancellations, a fee of €5.00/$5.00/£5.00/DKK30.00 per bag will be charged for the booking.
By using the LuggageHero service, the customer agrees to the booking flow, including starting and stopping the timer. If the customer does not follow the booking flow, LuggageHero is not demanded to issue a refund.
When placing a booking, the customer agrees to the Terms & Conditions and accepts the fees shown in the booking summary. The customer has the option to select a rate and insurance fee. Charges related to these selected options are non-refundable as well as the mandatory service fee.
The estimated total shown before any booking is confirmed is based on the customer’s filled-in information. The price deducted from any card payment will reflect the actual drop-off and pick-up times. The total price will be shown on the receipt when checking out and/or in the receipt sent to their e-mail address.
When a discount code is added to a booking, the discount is presented in the booking summary and is accepted when the booking is placed. No further refunds are demanded to be made by LuggageHero when the booking is paid.
