Campo di Marte Station
Campo di Marte Station is a railway station in Florence and the largest station is south Florence. It is used for commuters travelling to outer cities, as well as for people coming in from the countryside.
It is situated about 2 km from central Florence and may be accessed by regular connecting transit from Santa Maria Novella. The station is also near Stadio Artemi Franchi which is the home stadium of Fiorentina.
Let’s say your train gets delayed or you simply have a couple hours to spare between train rides. You wish to leave the train station and walk around the city but you’ve got luggage keeping you in one place.
This is where we come in — we free you of your luggage so you can go out and explore! With three of our drop-off locations conveniently just steps away from the station, you can leave your luggage within seconds and use your precious time touring around Florence.
Storing your luggage close to Campo di Marte Station will give you access to Basilica di Santo Spirito, San Lorenzo, San Marco and Mercato Centrale, among others. The best part is that all these places take less than 20 minutes to get to from the station.
So, don’t waste a second sitting around the station with your luggage — go out, explore, and leave your luggage to us!

"LuggageHero, which offers online booking with a credit card — thus, eliminating the need for users to have local currency on hand — is one of the most recent players to expand its services. In December the company began operating in New York, where today it has some 250 locations."
-
"One solution is LuggageHero, which was already on the scene in Copenhagen and London, and has now expanded into New York. Its selling point is that it lets you store your luggage in a local shop, café or hotel, which is often more convenient than having to go to a storage facility at a train station."
-
"LuggageHero, which Jannik Lawaetz founded in 2016, currently has more than 300 storage locations in six cities (New York, London, Copenhagen, Lisbon, Madrid and Barcelona) and plans to expand to 39 cities by January 2020."
-
"LuggageHero founder and chief executive Jannik Lawaetz says that the concept was inspired by that mother of invention — necessity — and Airbnb. A couple of years ago, he and his girlfriend rented an apartment in Barcelona via the home-share service. They had a later flight on their day of departure and wanted to continue exploring the city, but didn't want to lug their suitcases around. "
