Job Overview:

As an Account Manager at LuggageHero, you will be a vital part of our growth strategy, managing key client relationships and ensuring a smooth end-to-end sales and customer service experience. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about customer service, dedicated to helping partners succeed, and capable of optimizing order processes from sale to post-sale support.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top partners.

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within our partner network.

  • Develop and implement effective strategic sales plans.

  • Uphold uncompromising standards of quality.

  • Foster clear and effective communication with clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

  • Monitor partner feedback and translate it into actionable improvements within the team.

  • Distribute promotional materials to top partners.

  • Conduct in-person visits to key markets.

  • Explore new growth opportunities within the brick-and-mortar SMB sector.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a related field or a proven track record in a similar role.

  • Demonstrated experience in working with clients and stakeholders to develop and negotiate directives.

  • Native speaker.

  • Proficient in English (knowledge of other languages within your region is advantageous).

  • Exceptional phone communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Analytical and strategic thinker with strong influencing capabilities.

  • Ability to synthesize information and present clear and concise recommendations.

  • Proficient at managing multiple deliverables concurrently without compromising quality.

  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.

  • Effective negotiation skills.

  • Willingness to travel.

  • Proactive and determined attitude.
