Job Overview:
As an Account Manager at LuggageHero, you will be a vital part of our growth strategy, managing key client relationships and ensuring a smooth end-to-end sales and customer service experience. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about customer service, dedicated to helping partners succeed, and capable of optimizing order processes from sale to post-sale support.
Responsibilities:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top partners.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a related field or a proven track record in a similar role.

Demonstrated experience in working with clients and stakeholders to develop and negotiate directives.

Native speaker.

Proficient in English (knowledge of other languages within your region is advantageous).
