incredibly, it's as simple as it sounds! We walked in, paid for the bags online using the local WiFi, went exploring for a few hours, came back, stopped the timer on the website, and collected our luggage. GREAT SERVICE, we'll definitely be using again.

This was my first time using luggage hero and it was completely painless! The guys at the shop were nice and helped explain how the process worked. No issues dropping off or picking up, and there was a really cute shop cat :)

Very helpful. First time using this service and they talked me through each step (which was much simpler than anticipated). Great location as well.

The Embarcadero

The Boulevard that runs all along the waterfront of San Francisco, from the Bay Bridge, past the Ferry Building, and down to Pier 39 and Fisherman’s Wharf is named the Embarcadero. The street is a popular place for strolling as a number of San Francisco attractions are found along the way.

First stop is the San Francisco Main Ferry terminal, that has changed into a gourmet hotspot. Inside the Ferry Buildings, you’ll find a collection of gastronomically interesting booths and eating places.

If you walk towards Pier 39 and Fisherman’s Wharf you’ll come by Pier 14, a pedestrian walkway that stretches far out into the bay. Further down at Pier 15 you’ll find the new home of the Exploratorium, a fun, hands-on, science museum.

At Pier 27 you’ll find the Cruise Ship Terminals of San Francisco.
