About Us:

LuggageHero is an innovative, well funded and profitable company revolutionizing short-term luggage storage, with offices in Copenhagen and Barcelona. We’re expanding our tech team and looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join us. You’ll work closely with a global team, contributing to building robust, scalable, and user-friendly products. Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Software Engineer to help drive the growth of our platform. This role is fully remote, though candidates located in Copenhagen or Barcelona have the option of working in-office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications, ensuring scalability and performance.

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to implement new features and improve the existing platform.

• Write clean, maintainable code using best practices (e.g., test-driven development).

• Work on both the backend (server, database) and frontend (UI/UX) aspects of the system.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.

• Ensure proper deployment and integration of new features in an AWS cloud environment.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the stack.

Required Qualifications:

•5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.

• Experience working with cloud infrastructure likeAWS.

• Proficient withTypeScript, Angular, Hapi.js, and MongoDB (or similar technologies).

• Strong understanding of both frontend and backend architecture.

• Experience building scalable applications and working in a high-growth environment.

• Good understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and agile methodologies.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, while collaborating closely with an international team.

• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working remotely.

• Familiarity with modern development tools like Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies if necessary.

• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.

• Experience with other front-end frameworks or back-end technologies is a plus.

• Familiarity with building native apps using Ionic/Capacitor is a plus.

• Willing to dive into the field of SEO, PR and Social Media
