Cancellation policy 

 

Travelers can cancel a confirmed booking at any time pursuant to the Storage Services’ cancellation policy set by LuggageHero. Unless extenuating circumstances exist, any portion of the Total Fees due to the Storage Service Provider under the applicable cancellation policy will be remitted to the Storage Service Provider by LuggageHero pursuant to the payment terms. We always recommend you to carefully read the information of the Storage Services’ applicable terms and conditions before you book the Storage Services. 

A cancellation fee equal to a full day of storage will be deducted in case of cancellation. Cancellation can be done by reaching out to LuggageHero here: https://luggagehero.com/contact-us/ 

LuggageHero shall not bear any liability for any costs, expenses, loss, or damage that you may suffer or incur as a result of a cancellation of a Booking or Storage Service.

If the Traveler makes a Booking and the Traveler does not show up, the Traveler accepts that LuggageHero, on behalf of the Storage Provider, will deduct a Cancellation Fee equal to a full day of storage.

In case a Storage Service Provider cancels the Storage Services or a Traveler’s Booking prior to the Storage Services, the User will be reimbursed for the paid Booking Amount.
