At Olympiastadion, you can bring a bag no larger than 29.7 cm x 21 cm (A4 size) x 15 cm. However, rucksacks of any kind and suitcases are not allowed. Non-alcoholic beverages can be carried in beverage cartons up to a maximum capacity of 0.25 liters.

All persons entering the Olympiastadion are not allowed to bring:

• Racist, xenophobic, right-wing and left-wing extremist, national socialist, or political propaganda materials
• Weapons of any kind
• Items and objects that can be used as weapons or as projectiles (e.g. also large umbrellas)
• Gas spray cans, corrosive, flammable, coloring substances, or containers with substances that are harmful to health or highly flammable (exception: commercially available pocket lighters)
• Bottles (including PET and plastic bottles), cups, jugs, cans, or other objects made of glass or other fragile, splintering, or particularly hard material
• Bulky objects such as ladders, stools, (folding) chairs, boxes
• Pyrotechnic articles
• Flag or banner poles longer than 1.50 m or with a diameter of more than 3 centimeters, as well as so-called two-pole banners
• Larger quantities of paper or paper rolls
• Noisemakers
• Alcoholic beverages
• Animals
• Laser pointers
• Cameras with detachable zoom lenses, video cameras, or other comparable professional sound or image recording devices

Which payment methods are accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted. Be aware that the shops do not receive cash when using LuggageHero, and remember that the insurance on your luggage is valid only if the payment has been made directly to LuggageHero.

Cancellation of booking

For same-day cancellations, a fee of €5.00/$5.00/£5.00/DKK30.00 per bag will be charged for the booking, and for no-shows, a fee equal to the daily rate at the selected storage location will be charged starting at €4.50 per bag.
